กสิกรไทยคว้ารางวัลสุดยอดองค์กรที่น่าทำงานด้วยที่สุดในเอเชีย ปี 2567 ประจำประเทศไทย
นางหทัยพร เจียมประเสริฐ และนายศาสตรา มังกรอัศวกุล รองผู้จัดการใหญ่ ธนาคารกสิกรไทย เป็นตัวแทนรับมอบรางวัล “สุดยอดองค์กรที่น่าทำงานด้วยที่สุดในเอเชีย ปี 2567 ประจำประเทศไทย” (HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2024 – Thailand Region) เป็นปีที่ 3 ปีติดต่อกัน รางวัลดังกล่าวมอบให้แก่บริษัทที่มีแนวปฏิบัติด้าน HR ยอดเยี่ยม มีระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงานอยู่ในระดับสูง สนับสนุนการทำงานเป็นทีม และมีวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่โดดเด่น สะท้อนความมุ่งมั่นของธนาคารที่จะเป็นองค์กรที่ดีที่สุดเพื่อให้พนักงานได้แสดงศักยภาพและเติบโตอย่างเต็มที่ (The Best Place to Work, Learn and Lead.) จัดโดย HR Asia นิตยสารชั้นนำด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลของภูมิภาคเอเชีย ณ ทรูไอคอน ฮอลล์ ไอคอนสยาม เมื่อเร็ว ๆ นี้
KBank awarded HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2024 – Thailand Region
Ms. Hataiporn Chiemprasert and Mr. Sastra Mungkornusawakul, KBank Executive Vice Presidents, represented the Bank in receiving the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2024 – Thailand Region award for the third consecutive year, in recognition of KBank’s excellent HR practices, high level of employee engagement, strong teamwork support, and distinctive corporate culture, underscoring its commitment to being the “Best Place to Work, Learn, and Lead”. The award presentation ceremony was recently organized by HR Asia, Asia’s most authoritative publication for HR professionals, at True Icon Hall, ICONSIAM.
